If delivery of a ordered product deems impossible we'll aim to offer you a replacement product of identical or better quality. You do noy have to accept this offer and can chose to to cancel the agreement without charge. We will refund the total amount within 14 days.
If our delivery partner can't deliver your order after two attempts at your given address, you will need to pick it up at their depot. You will be notified with the depot address and the time period the parcel will be available before returning to Emmaljunga. If deliveries are not collected during this period Emmaljunga will have to charge you for the return freight back to Emmaljunga Sweden.
Pick-Up in store.
If you chose "Pick Up in store" you'll chose an Emmaljunga Partner where you'll pick up your product. Our Service Partner will assemble the product for you and give you a safety demonstration. The chosen retailer will be your Service Partner during your after-sale period (save your order confirmation).
If you chose "Home delivery" we'll send the products to your specified address. You can still have assembly and safety demonstation advise via Emmaljunga’s video library with "unbox" and demonstration videos.
The Home address or Pick-Up store you assigned when placing the order will be your place of delivery. Delivery will be regarded as completed after a signature of receipt at this specified address.
Ownership of products will only be transferred after we've received full payment. The risk for damage or loss of products will transfer to you at time of delivery.
