What is the difference between a classic seat and an ergonomic seat?
A classic seat is also called a FLAT, which means that the seat can be folded into a lying position. The seat plate is always in a flat position, but the backrest and footrest can be adjusted independently of each other. One of the advantages of FLAT is that the child can be placed in a flat lying position. Another advantage is that this seat is generally slightly wider and more spacious for the child.
In an ergonomic seat, the seat surface always retains its shape even when the backrest is adjusted. This means that the seat is always in a reclined position.
